It mixes, emulsifies and disperses free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Using the rotor-stator principle, ECA is suitable for applications that cannot be completed using traditional stirring methods.
Suitable for special environments or hygienic considerations, it is installed at the bottom of the tank, and is a high-shear dispersing emulsifier at the bottom of the tank that can discharge materials or circulate after processing. Traditional bottom-of-tank installations cannot discharge materials separately after processing. ECA can provide two different circulation methods: internal and external.
ECA machines can avoid strong vortices and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being stirred or dispersed
during the process.
ECA machines have a simple, robust design. Three-phase motor, rotor drive shaft, and flange, equipped with a rotor combined with a compact unit with a cover. The ECA standard version is suitable for processing
temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
